A very cozy Mexican restaurant which serves delicious authentic Mexican food. It gives a homely feeling while you sit to get served some flavorful enchiladas and empanadas. We ordered vegetarian options from the menu. We loved the food and flavors. Highly recommend trying: Mexican truffle empanadas Vegetarian enchiladas Mexican cold coffee

Great fresh chips and perfect guacamole. Friendly people. Update: The vegetable burrito is really good! Has a good spice level. Taco Tuesday brings a wide variety of affordable tacos .

Delicious tacos, great service, great atmosphere. I'll absolutely be going back. I got the tamales to go, too, and those were perfect for dinner the next day.

This was my first visit to Abuela's Mexican Kitchen and it will not be my last. I ordered the fish taco and it was delicious. It comes with black beans and we added Mexican riice. It definitely had the "comeback taste." Loved the Choco Flan too.

My boyfriend and I went here late last night an hour before they closed and we were given what felt like beyond special treatment. The man who served us (either the owner, or gm who handled the admin side), was so passionate when describing the menu and genuinely helpful when answering any questions I had. I am from San Diego and grew up eating very authentic Mexican food and everything down to the beans and rice (which in my experience are never as good as back home) were phenomenal! We had the traditional tamales, Pipian Paskal, the tacos de pescado, churros, and the owner gave us a free taste of the cafe de olla. Also the price is so good for what you’re getting. The food’s seasoning is so on point and does really remind you of being at abuela’s table. We’ll be back!

Really truly excellent! Great food, beautiful interior, great service. Loved getting great Mexican food in the north east! The fish tacos were freshly fried and AWESOME. Birria tacos also excellent!

A small but excellent Mexican restaurant that makes you feel right at home. This is my second time visiting Abuela's and it has only gotten better. The service is always warm and the food is always comforting. The food also arrives pretty quickly, which is great if you get there hungry. The acoustics of the place amplify every conversation in the space so be prepared to talk loudly if you want to be heard.
